Ubisoft Confirms No Early Access Period for Assassin's Creed Shadows

In September, Ubisoft hinted at the elimination of the early access period for the long awaited  Assassin's Creed Shadows when it shifted the game's launch date to February 14, 2025. It explained that "all players will be able to enjoy the game at the same time," suggesting that the inclusion of an early access would be unfair for other patient gamers.  In a recent statement on the official Assassin's Creed Discord , the community manager  UbiRealDude  confirmed that there would be not initial access to the game. He went on to explain that it will be released at the same time as the standard edition on February 14. One could conclude that Ubisoft is really strict with the withdrawal of early access on all platforms, considering that the collector's edition on  GameStop  which usually offers a three-day early access period is not available for pre-order by players. Unlicensed Fan Art Mistakenly Used in Official Destiny 2 Collectible

In 2021, a fan art piece got used by Bungie in a Destiny 2 trailer, and sometime in 2023, another unofficial art that ended up in a Destiny 2 cutscene was mistakenly used by Bungie. And now, yet another unofficial fan art has been used by Bungie — the recently unveiled Nerf Ace of Spades pretend-firearm that's available for preorder now at $50 for players who achieve the Legend Title in Destiny 2: The Final Shape by September 24. A day after Bungie revealed the Nerf Ace of Spades, a Nerf gun based on the famous hand cannon carried by Destiny guardian Cayde-6, the matter came to light. An X user, Tofu_Rabbit tweeted : "Hey @Bungie @BungieHelp @DestinyTheGame @A_dmg04 @Cozmo23 @DestinyComArt soo, the NERF ace of spades DIRECTLY lifts a commission i did in 2015. This is not "similar" or a coincidence, you can see my same brush strokes and scratches/smudges." From the images provided alongside the post, one could say that with the design and few imperfections, it...

Valve's Newest Game is Finally Almost Here

Valve is reportedly working on a new game, Deadlock, and from the looks, it's going to be a massive hit considering the total player base on Steam despite being in early access. Valve seemingly doesn't want as much people talking about their new IP, but it all seems to be a marketing tactic. Valve placed Deadlock in early access on Steam, though not accessible to all players. Only players with invitations from players already invited to play the game, can try out Deadlock.  Deadlock is a MOBA third person hero shooter featuring a massive map that's far from scanty, and some impressive game mechanics, including several characters which possess certain abilities and skills differing from one another.  Although recently revealed by leakers and creators, the game has garnered over 20,000 players on Steam all of which were invited through words of mouth. And that's clearly a huge number considering the game has been available for early access on Steam for only a shot time, a...
